Prices for services are provided as estimates and may vary based on the extent of infestation and treatment required. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made.
We stand behind our work. If pests return between scheduled treatments, we will return at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Certain treatments require preparation by the property owner or occupant. We will provide preparation instructions prior to service. Failure to properly prepare may affect treatment effectiveness and may void guarantees.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by pests prior to treatment, or issues arising from failure to follow preparation or post-treatment instructions.
